EXCLUSIONS
Not covered under our guarantee:
Animal damage, chemical damage, damage caused by mishandling via airline or third-party shipping companies, extreme wear, third-party alterations, and customer alterations, or using the item for use other than its intended purpose.
Likewise, abuse of the product, factory seconds, and disregard for stated product care instructions are not covered.
Please note: The inherent beauty in leather lies in that each hide is unique. Our bags are handcrafted, so some natural color and surface grain variation from bag to bag is normal.
RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS
